My Sisters Baby shower cake

My sister's baby shower was this past weekend and she asked me to make her cake, well duh! Of course would never turn family down! Kept it simple. The cake was mixed white and lemon with a lemon custard filling.

Pictures will start looking better just got a new camera!!! Finally :)

Hello Kitty

Well Alissa your wish on Twitter was Oscar's command! He saw your tweet about wanting Hello Kitty cupcakes and immediately asked me to make some for your birthday! I am glad to have made your day that much more special by making them for ya!

Once again Thank you Oscar :)

Limo cupcackes

When my friend Rebecca told me her son wanted Limo cupcakes I started to freak out being that a limo is very detailed. She said that her son told his friends that I can make anything! So I COULD NOT let him down. I had to find something that wasn't to complicated to make and that fit his theme.Thank goodness for clipart right?

These were a devil's chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate pudding and topped with chocolate butter cream frosting.

Thank you for ordering from me Beck and Happy Birthday Papi :)

Personalized Valentine's Day Treats

This was a new strawberry recipe I found online with fresh chopped up strawberry pieces! I made enough for me to sneek in a taste before I packaged up the cupcakes of course!

Thank you for odering Tiffany! Very much appreciated!

Hope your PAPA likes what you got for him!! :)

The Fresh Fiends and Mia's Pieces POSSE UP!

I admit I was thrilled when Mia's Pieces was asked to collaborate with The Fresh Fiends. They were holding a chairty event called Sweet Escape! What is that you might ask? Well it was a bake sale and all of the proceeds that were donated went to help the victims of Haiti. Only thing is I wish I would have been able to actually make the event! The Fresh Fiends held it down though!

Take a look at the yummy pasty line below:

Peanut Butter and chocolate fudge brownies on the left

Strawberry shortcake, double chocolate, and chocolate chip cookies on your right!

Once again ladies thank you for thinking of me for this great event!

Until next time :)

Happy Birthday Bootleg Kev

So the friends from Idaho came into town to celebrate Kevin's birthday and in advance Jo asked me to make some personalized cupcakes for his party with the family. The cupcakes were a red velvet, with cream cheese frosting, and topped with black melted chocolate letters and microphones.

She also had me make some vanilla cupcakes with vanilla butter cream and topped with some pink chocolate hearts.

Thank you for ordering Jo! :)

Thomas the Train

So this was my version of Thomas the Train. This was a vanilla cake filled with vanilla pudding and freshly sliced banana, covered in vanilla fondant. I will be posting more pictures once the pictures from Edwards party come in!!

Happy Birthday Nikki :)

Tammie Coe inspired cake

I was challenged to make a Tammie Coe replica cake. When I heard that challenge I will admit I got a bit scared, but managed to pull it off. Thank goodness! This was a 1 tier triple layer chocolate fudge cake and in between the layers was vanilla butter cream. It was also covered in vanilla butter cream frosting and topped with a layer of non parelis sprinkles.

Here is what the cake looked like decorated with the candles.

Summer thank you for ordering this cake from me for Erik's birthday and for putting me up to the challenge! Glad to hear that the cake flavor went along well with the wine too! ;)

Monogramed red velvet cupcakes

I had the pleasure of making some red velvet cupcakes topped with cream cheese, and last minute request to add some chocolate hearts and monogram half of them with the letter A. I had a great time and I am glad that the birthday girl enjoyed her treats.

Oscar thank you for ordering I really appreciate your business!
